SendHelp, previously called Wahala, started with a simple thought: when something goes wrong, finding help shouldn’t become another problem.

In Nigeria, finding the right emergency contact or support can be surprisingly difficult. Imagine being involved in an accident, witnessing someone who needs urgent help, or having a family suddenly need support, but not knowing who to call or where to find reliable information. In moments like these, every minute matters.

That’s why we’re building SendHelp.

SendHelp is a platform designed to make emergency and community support information easier to find across Nigeria. We want people to have access to useful emergency contacts, road safety information, community resources, and other forms of support in one place.

01Do I need a crypto wallet?

No. You can connect one, or skip it: every campaign page has an Address / QR tab with the vault address and a QR code, so you can send from an exchange or another wallet.

02Which networks and coins can I give with?

Base, Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum. Each takes USDC, DAI, WETH and its own coin; USDT works everywhere except Base.

03What does FundBrave charge?

Nothing. There is no platform fee and no hidden cut, so 100% of every donation reaches the campaign’s vault. The only cost is the network fee, which the donor pays when sending.

04How do I know what the money paid for?

Every withdrawal shows on the campaign page with a link to its transaction, and the organiser can post an update explaining what it paid for.

05What happens when a campaign ends?

The organiser keeps everything raised, even if the goal is not reached. The money stays in the campaign’s vault until they withdraw it, and every withdrawal needs two signatures: theirs and FundBrave’s. Organisers can also say what happens to money above the goal; it shows next to the goal on the campaign page.

06Can I give without my name showing?

Yes, if you already hold a RAILGUN shielded balance. Unshield a stablecoin to the campaign’s vault on Ethereum, Arbitrum or Polygon, not Base, and it is listed as a private donation: no name and no address, while the amount and the transaction stay public. The privacy comes from RAILGUN, not from FundBrave.

07Can a donation be sent back?

No. Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed, so a donation can’t be recalled once it is sent. Read the campaign, its updates and its donations before you give.
